Return Policy
At YOF Athletica, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. We understand that sometimes the size may not be quite right, or an item may not be what you expected. Our team is here to make the return or exchange process as simple as possible.
Exchanges
We offer one complimentary size exchange per order within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:
- Be unwashed and unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be free from perfume, deodorant marks, makeup stains, pet hair, or any visible signs of wear
Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to YOF Athletica. Once your exchange has been approved, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you within Singapore or Malaysia.
Returns & Refunds
Changed your mind? You may submit a refund request within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund, your item must:
- Be unwashed and unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be free from perfume, deodorant marks, makeup stains, pet hair, or any visible signs of wear
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For your convenience, we can help arrange return shipping at the following rates:
- Singapore: SGD $3.3
- Malaysia: SGD $12
- International orders: Return shipping will need to be arranged and paid for by the customer
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to make sure it meets the return conditions. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 working days.
Store Credit Returns
Prefer to shop with us again? Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order in exchange for store credit.
Your store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. It can be used towards any future purchase at YOF Athletica.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We’re sorry if you’ve received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to make things right.

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and promotional reasons, the following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are faulty:
- Socks
- Water bottles
- Gift cards
- Mystery packs
- Clearance and Final Sale items
- Free gifts
Fair Returns Policy
We want to keep our return and exchange policy fair for everyone.
YOF Athletica reserves the right to limit, reject, or refuse a return, refund, or exchange where there is excessive return activity, unusual purchasing behaviour, repeated ordering of multiple sizes with habitual returns, or evidence that an item has been worn or used.
Orders containing multiple sizes of the same design and colour may be eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
